Job Title: Change Management Lead (Mid to Senior Level)

Location: SF (Hybrid Mode)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive change management strategies that boost employee engagement and minimize pushback.
  • Conduct thorough impact analyses, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessments to prepare for change initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to fully understand the implications of changes and facilitate effective implementation.
  • Create and deliver impactful change management communications, training solutions, and support resources.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and devise strategies to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Offer coaching and strategic support to leaders and managers, empowering them to guide their teams through change effectively.
  • Measure and evaluate the success of change adoption, gathering feedback to refine strategies as necessary.
  • Foster ongoing development of change management frameworks and tools to improve organization-wide practices.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in change management or related roles, depending on level of seniority.
  • Proven track record with large-scale organizational change efforts.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adept at navigating various organizational levels and interfacing with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, JIRA, etc.).

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • PMP or other related project management certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma (if relevant to industry)
