Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead in SharePoint framework and SharePoint is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects related to SharePoint implementation projects. They will be tasked with leading a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint solutions.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance on SharePoint framework to ensure project success.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure quality deliverables.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SharePoint framework and SharePoint to drive innovation and efficiency.
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
7. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in SharePoint framework including SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
2. Strong experience in developing custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint framework (SPFx) and SharePoint Designer.
3. In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, web parts, site collections, and content types.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and debug SharePoint applications for optimal performance.
5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
6. Strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers and drive project success.
7. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications : Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred.

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT Systems.
2. At least 7 years of experience with O365 Products.
3. At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
4. Experience designing and implementing automation capabilities.
5. Experience with developing future strategy for Office 365 products and services.
6. Office 365 & Exchange Certifications are a PLUS but not REQUIRED.
7. Experience using collaborative tools such as Instant Messaging, Public Folders, Office ProPlus, SharePoint, Teams.
8. Experience with PowerBI will be a major advantage.
9. Prior experience with common project management tools is strongly preferred.

Technical Qualifications :

1. Strong experience in coordinating the implementation of technical solutions on an enterprise scale.
2. Strong experience in design, creation, testing, and documenting of new and amended SharePoint Online applications.
3. SharePoint Framework (SPFx) developer experience using React Framework for client-side development using REST Service queries on SharePoint lists, document libraries, and Search APIs.
4. Strong experience in design, creation, testing, and documenting of new and amended applications using the Power Platform (Dataverse, Model Driven / Canvas apps, Power Virtual Agent, Power Automate flows).
5. Drive Power Platform implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
6. Design, develop and implement technical solutions in Microsoft Azure environments using .NET and other programming languages.
7. Strong experience on using PowerShell, including experience with PnP PowerShell.
8. Extensive experience required including but not limited to: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Web / API Apps.
9. Implementation and best practices for Office 365 / SharePoint Online standalone and hybrid scenarios.
10. Strong understanding of the different licensing / subscription options for MS O365 (E1 vs. E3 vs. E5).
11. Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting Office 365 in general.
12. Experience working with the Agile Methodology.
13. Basic Knowledge of Active Directory Design, Deployment and Migrations, DNS.
14. Basic Knowledge of Load Balancing Technologies: F5 LTMs / GTMs.
