Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job
The MarTech Personalization Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the MarTech team. This role will be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing actionable insights, and producing detailed reports on personalization performance. The analyst will work closely with our personalization platforms to evaluate the team's impact and ensure alignment with our marketing strategy.

In this role you will be focused on 3 main platforms:

• Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio): Personalization platform we use at the bank.
• Pendo: A Digital Adoption Platform used to analyze user in-app behavior, collect feedback, and design feature adoption experiences.
• Branch: a mobile linking and measurement platform that helps businesses improve customer experience and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and thoughtfully scale personalization use-cases across our website, Online Banking Platform, etc. to optimize for customer engagement and lifetime value.
• Analyze user and campaign data to identify patterns and insights that can inform personalization efforts.
• Build and maintain personalization algorithms and tools to deliver dynamic content and experiences.
• Monitor and optimize personalization initiatives to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver a positive ROI.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Units to surface requirements for new MarTech requests.
• Develop documentation including business process maps and procedures around MarTech development work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar position.
• Experience using SQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
