Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Leasing Associate to join our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional who excels in teamwork, collaboration and is goal driven. The Leasing Associate role plays a crucial role in our organization, serving as the primary manager of third-party real estate brokers, and working with our Property Managers, Construction and Marketing to procure and retain tenants. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, from developing market strategies and negotiating leases to analyzing market trends and developing financial analysis for commercial properties.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage 3rd party commercial real estate brokers
  2. Negotiate lease terms
  3. Develop and implement marketing strategies
  4. Analyze market trends and prepare comprehensive reports
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and industry professionals
  6. Perform financial analyses
  7. Manage lease administration, including renewals and compliance
  8. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications:

  1. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
  2. Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
  3. Proficiency in relevant software, including Yardi and digital marketing tools
  4. Real estate license and relevant certifications preferred

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate (preferably) or business, marketing, or other related field
  2. 3 weeks PTO and paid holidays

Other Information:

  1. Pay Range: $105,000.00 to $125,000.00
  2. Eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program
  3. Local travel expected
  4. Supervisory role
  5. Full time position
  6. Must legally be allowed to work in the U.S.
