We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Support team member who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering seamless, high-touch service. This role is essential in elevating the guest experience, ensuring that every visit is effortless, refined, and truly memorable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality, be it their first visit or if they are long-time friends and members of the winery.
  2. Collaborate closely with the hospitality, culinary, and concierge teams to ensure flawless execution of guest experiences.
  3. Maintain a well-stocked and pristine service area, ensuring plates, silverware, glassware, and other essentials are always available. Restock wine, merchandise, and collateral materials as needed.
  4. Anticipate the needs of both guests and colleagues, responding swiftly and thoughtfully to enhance service efficiency.
  5. Assist with pre-service setup, mid-service transitions, and closing duties to ensure smooth, uninterrupted service.
  6. Ensure all entryways and high-traffic areas remain spotless and elegantly presented at all times.
  7. Provide hands-on support during events, assisting with setup, décor, furniture arrangements, and breakdown to create an immersive and flawless guest experience.
  8. Embrace shifting priorities with a calm, team-first approach, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining composure.
  9. Take ownership of the guest experience, ensuring that every detail reflects comfort, luxury, and connection.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required.   1. 1+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or winery experience preferred
  2. Strong work ethic and a natural inclination to support the team
  3. Genuine passion for hospitality and making others feel welcome
  4. Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  5. Certification in California Food Handlers Training required within 30 days of employment
  6. Certification in California RBS Training required within 30 days of employment.
  7. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings for special events.
  8. Must be at least 21 years of age

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

  3. Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  5. Ability to climb ladders
  6. Grasp, stoop, squat, climb stairs, push, pull, carry, and reach over the shoulder

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Ability to work indoors or outdoors in varying extremes of weather to include heat, cold, and rain. Noise level is generally low to medium.
