Job Description: ACP Global Strategic Marketing Leader

DuPont Interconnect Solutions has an opening for a Global Strategic Marketing Leader in the Advanced Circuit and Packaging (ACP) Business.

ACP is the leading material supplier for Semiconductor Advanced Packaging, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and Industrial Plating industry. Our integrated solutions on metallization, photoresist and conductive adhesives equipped us to resolve customers' challenges on miniaturization, product reliability and complicated circuit and packaging design. We aim to be a one-stop powerhouse of advanced interconnect solutions and provide total solution to electronic industry.

This position will develop & lead global marketing strategies across all product lines within ACP, synthesize market mega trends to form growth initiatives and oversee their executions. The right candidate will have in-depth understanding of global electronic device value chain & technology trends in Semiconductor Advanced Packaging, PCB, Packaging Substrate, Electronic Components, also have the skillset of market competition analysis and experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analysis.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Strategy development: Develop and implement global marketing strategies to support business objectives, and collaborate with Product Line Managements (PLMs), Commercial & R&D to form growth initiatives and drive execution.
  • Competitor monitoring: Monitor competitor activities, strategies, and market presence regularly to identify trends and benchmark performance of each product line; prepare periodic competitor analysis for each product line.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, new growth pillars, potential opportunities and threats as well as its implications for business; develop market/customer roadmaps; Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analysis to identify strategic opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Business indicators: Develop and build up correlation model between market indicators matrix and each product line performance; provide market perspective as key inputs to the IBP process and business strategy review.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Science & Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic or technical/product marketing, or product line management with a strong focus on global electronic markets. Proven experience in M&A analysis or strong relationships with OEMs strongly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in semiconductor advanced packaging, PCB, Packaging Substrate, or electronic materials sectors is required.
  • Skills:
    • Strategic thinking, clear communication, compelling storytelling, and tailoring your message to the audience.
    • Ability to extract insights out of complicated matrix.
    • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability on stakeholder management, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Pay range for this role is $118,370.00 - $186,010.00 Annual.

How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual's pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
