Job Summary & Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the Direct Marketing & Tasting Room team, you will manage an assigned database of over 3,000 customers. A key aspect of your daily responsibilities will be maintaining strong relationships with these customers, a practice we call “showing the love.”
In addition to nurturing existing relationships, you will focus on expanding your database by engaging with guests during in-person tastings—whether in private rooms, at small tasting stations, or at our vibrant tasting bars. This is a vital opportunity to introduce new customers to our wine clubs and grow your database.
You will reach out to customers through email, text, and phone calls, connecting with current wine club members and generating referrals from satisfied customers. Your goal will be to foster meaningful relationships through exceptional hospitality and personal interactions, all while working toward achieving sales targets.
