DESCRIPTION:

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Program Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Process and track monthly invoices through the SAP system.
  2. Track resource email communications, respond timely to employees and vendors.
  3. Support and lead key technology and tax project activities/initiatives to closure.
  4. Research discrepancies and communicate with various business and vendor liaisons to resolve vendor payments or system issues.
  5. Work closely with manager and team members for status updates and information to close out open matters.
  6. Run reports and review the system for accuracy, providing recommendations for process improvements and system/digital automation to streamline program administration.
  7. Assist with explaining the vendor, technology life cycle, and related procedures.
  8. Work with stakeholders and LM designated vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  9. Provide updates and responses to employee inquiries, folders, and data.

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and updating processes and reports for vendor/technology and tax administration. The program analyst should have technical skills in manipulating large amounts of data files/loads, Excel manipulation with pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, MS SharePoint, and data visualization. Knowledge of SharePoint, financial, vendor systems, and project skills are critical. Working knowledge and savvy skills in PowerPoint/presentations that are business-ready to present. The program analyst will manage file imports that require high data quality, metrics, reporting, and feedback to various liaisons to ensure data and payments are accurate. Communicates regularly with Global Mobility and Accounting peers while promoting compliance with Client's corporate policies. The incumbent performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  1. Experience with expatriate management and tax equalization workflow and issues.
  2. Three or more years of global mobility experience.

International Business Experience

Technical skills: Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query, compile and deliver metrics/scorecards), develop to completion PowerPoint presentations.

Ability to provide performance metrics and reports of data.

MS SharePoint.

EDUCATION: Accredited HSD/GED

WORK HOURS: Full-Time

1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
