Responsibilities:

1. Show properties to clients and explain features, including financial details.
2. Schedule and attend property inspections to assist with purchase or sale agreements.
3. Appraise properties by comparing them to similar ones in the local market to set fair prices.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and web requests to maintain satisfaction.
5. Build relationships with businesses in various industries to support future growth.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a resident of Santa Rosa, CA, or nearby, with a valid real estate license.
2. Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of the Santa Rosa real estate market and local neighborhoods.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
6. Proficient in using real estate software and online platforms.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. High level of customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction.
9. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.

Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly
