Field Technician
Reports to Frontline's Foreman.

About Frontline Wildfire Defense
Our mission is to protect homes and communities from wildfire. Frontline enables customers to track wildfires, receive important alerts, and safely navigate a wildfire, while protecting a customer's home with the remotely operated Frontline Wildfire Defense System.

About This Opportunity
Frontline is looking for a highly organized, hands-on Field Technician capable of doing installations. This opportunity has room for advancement, and bonus opportunities after certification is achieved.

Responsibilities
Working in our positive team environment, you will be an integral member of a crew! You will be critical to helping ensure accurate and on-time installations while adhering to strict safety practices.

As a Field Technician, you will:

• Install Frontline Wildfire Defense Systems on residential customers' homes. This involves:
• Layout and assemble the necessary pipework
• Install sprinklers and properly seal all roof penetrations
• Assemble and install equipment to stucco, concrete, roofing, siding, etc.
• Wire system components (low voltage)
• Occasionally perform trenching, concrete work, traffic control
• Handle project clean up on a daily basis.
• Maintain and organize inventory of vehicles and storage locations
• Travel required up to 75% during the summer busy season with overnight stays required.

Qualifications
We're seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated team player with:

• Construction-related experience
• Roof experience a plus
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and know when to ask questions
• Experience working outdoors under various weather conditions
• Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Excellent documentation skills
• Professional appearance and strong customer relation skills
• Maintain a valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel/reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
