Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Manufacturing and Hardware Engineering with Server and Rack level builds.
2. Become the Subject Matter Expert for builds on the floor and assist with reworking products when customer changes occur.
3. Gather feedback from assembly operators, and yourself, to provide suggestions and process improvements to Engineering team.
4. Support Hardware and Process Engineering team on programs and projects.
5. Document equipment and tools issues, maintenance records, tooling logs and asset recording.
6. Order parts and supplies as needed to support production.
7. Provide day to day tool and equipment support to production.
8. Work with Production and Process Engineering to determine and recommend tool and equipment needs.
9. Provide training to production and Process Engineering personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Typically requires 2+ years of related experience, and prefer Associates degree or 4 years of related experience.
2. Proficient in MS/Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
3. Mechanical aptitude, good with tools and working with your hands.
4. Ability to lift 25lbs consistently.
5. Work with precision tooling in small places.
6. Understanding of general safety guidelines and practices.
7. General knowledge of electro-mechanical functionality.
8. Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $18.75 - $25.25 per hour
