What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Manage and motivate the performance of regional sales directors, including market-specific sales plans and training
  • Prepare and implement an annual business plan to support company objectives
  • Develop key customer and channel relationships to enhance market intelligence and create opportunities
  • Directly manage the sales team for the assigned region, including hiring, training, and performance appraisal
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership and Product Managers to coordinate marketing efforts to maximize sales volume

What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • BS or BA from an accredited university; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in networking or data center infrastructure
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the Data Center market, products, and channels
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
