The Guest Services Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Front Office in managing the day-to-day operations for guest reception, guest services (valet/bell), reservations, and concierge; including profitable financial management and proactive strategic leadership. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
Major areas of responsibility/management include, but are not limited to:
Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day. Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours a day. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
The pay scale* for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00.
*The pay scale is the base salary wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
