Responsibilities

Position requires independent judgement and action according to broad objectives. Interaction with other functional areas (including operations and Product/Process Management) is an important part of this role.

  • Develops plans/strategies, supplier relationships, and specific programs to achieve business objectives. Drives strategic supply chain transformation/optimization initiatives to support business growth. Manages execution of tactics.
  • Manages individual contributors engaged in the design of business products, and/or implementation/ delivery of processes, programs and/or policies.
  • Manages employees responsible for design and implementation of supply chain programs/ processes in support of production goals.
  • Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and supply chain programs/ projects.
  • Develops, implements solutions to department issues.
  • Direct knowledge of Oracle, SpotFire, and iProcurement tools.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited university in engineering, business, or related field, and 6-8 years' experience in project management or supply chain field.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, verbally & in writing.
  • Assertive interpersonal & problem-solving skills that build consensus & resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills in implementing program strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and strategic supplier management methodologies.
  • Experience with MRP/ERP methodology and utilized in production and NPI environments.
  • Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to excel in cross functional or cross geographical teams.
  • Exemplary communication & listening skills.

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region.

This role is eligible for our Keysight Results Bonus Program.
