Manage a caseload involving insurance defense matters. 2. Develop and implement defense strategies and represent clients in court proceedings. 3. Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on legal matters related to insurance defense. 4. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and pleadings related to insurance defense cases. 5. Collaborate with our team of attorneys to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. 6. Maintain relationships with clients and keep them informed about case progress. 7. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations related to insurance defense and civil litigation. 8. Work closely with other team members to prepare for trials and hearings, including witness preparation, evidence collection, and case strategy development. Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation. 3. Proven experience in insurance defense is highly desirable. 4. Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules. 5. Excellent legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. 9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and team members. 10.
