Our non-medical services help seniors remain comfortably in their homes while navigating the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.

We offer flexible shifts tailored to our clients' needs, and we are currently seeking committed caregivers for weekday mornings (starting at 8 or 9 am). Opportunities are available in Marin County to fit your schedule!

Key Responsibilities:
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will:

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with seniors
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with medication reminders and scheduling appointments
• Support seniors with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issues
• Specialize in Alzheimer's care

Qualities We Look For:

• Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respect
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance (preferred)

Requirements:
No previous experience is required, as Home Instead provides comprehensive skills training. Candidates must complete registration on the Home Care Aide Registry, pass fingerprint clearance, obtain TB clearance, and undergo drug testing before employment.

Compensation:
We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $16.50 to $20.50. For 24-hour shifts, earn between $16.50 and $17.00 per hour, totaling $453 to $544 per day depending on shift frequency and start times.
