The Customer Success Team engages with clients across Latin America, helping them streamline their business processes using Odoo's integrated software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about software and its impact on various business sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers currently using Odoo
  • Analyze and improve clients' business operations for optimal software adoption
  • Implement a subscription renewal plan through all phases
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
  • Understand and empathize with customer needs
  • Participate in the entire sales cycle

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Fluency in Spanish (professional or native)
  • Experience in negotiating and closing new business deals
  • A genuine passion for software products
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Preferred proficiency in G-Suite applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

  • Proficiency in additional languages

The estimated annual compensation for this role is $70,000-$90,000 OTE, with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, professional accomplishments, and location.
