Who They Are

We have partnered with a rapidly growing building materials distributor to identify a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a Southern California manufacturing facility operations including production, quality control, safety, and employee management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry, particularly component manufacturing.

What You'll Do

1. Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees
3. Develop and execute production schedules
4. Develop and manage budgets

What You'll Need

1. Bachelor's degree
2. 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3. 5+ years in a leadership role within trusses or the construction industry
