💸 $200 - 260K Base + Bonus, depending on experience

Storm3 is working with a well-known biotech company that is developing a next-generation cell therapies for cancer treatment. Their goal is to create more durable and precise cell therapies. The company is looking to expand their ML Engineering team. The candidate must be located in South San Fran or willing to relocate.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electric Engineering, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Bioinformatics with 7+ years of experience.
• OR Master's Degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Familiarity with single-cell sequencing data.
• Strong software engineering skills, proficiency in Python, and familiarity with state-of-the-art libraries for deep learning model training.
• Experience working in Linux-based cloud computing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement novel ML architectures that leverage massive single-cell datasets to assist with drug discovery and development.
• Work closely with experimental scientists to guide our data processing and generation strategies to maximize model performance for specific applications.
• Publish and present at academic conferences.

Benefits:

• Base Salary $200K - $250K
