General Manager for Luxury High-Volume Restaurant Opening in 2025, Los Angeles

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Depending on Experience

Start Date: Opening May 2025, with training in February in Las Vegas

We are excited to represent an international hospitality group, who is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of their new luxury high-volume restaurant in Los Angeles, opening in May 2025. This is an incredibly exciting and unique opportunity to shape a high end dining experience in a vibrant US market.

We are looking for a strong leader who can bring a unique and creative, entrepreneurial perspective to the team, and thinks outside the box to drive innovation and success of the new opening!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from front-of-house service to back-of-house efficiency, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Team Management, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and revenue management.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation, aligning with brand expectations.
• Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, compliance, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Strong operator with US experience, ideally in Los Angeles
• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant and luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
