Types correspondence, reports, forms and other related material pertaining to operations. Types purchase orders for authorized customer, special order merchandise, and related documents required for activity. May supervise and/or provide working direction to clerk or other employees as required. Oversees Cash Office, ATM, Front End Operation, Customer Service and Special Orders. Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge and help with the selection of merchandise. React to all concerns of customers quickly with a sense of importance. Follow all policies regarding Loss Prevention. Be aware and proactive regarding shrink and the Alert Line. Ensure all associates are in compliance with established safety standards and emergency preparedness requirements. Key carrier, weekends and opening and closing the store will be required. And/or2.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with emphasis in retail or business administration with at least two years of specialized experience.
