Salary: $34,763 - $54,413
As a Customer Service Representative I, candidates will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for various administrative tasks and supporting the efficient flow of customer orders. Your primary focus will be on data entry, paperworkprocessing, and coordinating logistics activities. While limited customer interaction is involved, your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and organized documentation, facilitating smooth order processing, and contributing to the overall success of our customer service operations.
Responsibilities
* Data Entry and Documentation
* Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information in our database.
* Print and organize paperwork related to order processing and fulfillment.
* File paperwork systematicall for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
* Communication and Correspondence
* Communicate with internal teams through email for order coordination and updates.
* Utilize basic excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes
* Order Processing and Planning:
* Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Collaborate with the planning team to organize and schedule orders efficiently.
* Routing and Scheduling:
* Contribute to the planning and routing of deliveries, optimizing delivery schedules.
* Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient routes.
* Driver Check-In and Direction:
* Facilitate the check-in process for drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Provide basic direction and support to drivers as needed.
* Limited Customer Interaction:
* Interact with customers on a limited basis, addressing basic inquiries or providing order updates.
* Redirect complex customer issues to the appropriate team members.
* Reporting and Updates:
* Run daily reports to track key performance indicators.
* Update customer reports with the latest information and status.
Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED; one year of previous computer related job experience.
