We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor with hands-on experience in food manufacturing to oversee production operations during the day shift. In this role, youll be responsible for managing production lines, ensuring quality standards, and supervising team members to maintain efficiency and safety in our food manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the production team on the day shift, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met in compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Monitor production lines and adjust resources as needed to meet schedules.

Enforce compliance with food safety standards and ensure adherence to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach team members to develop their skills.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any equipment issues.

Prepare and maintain accurate production records and reports.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry is required.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety standards, including GMPs.

Education: Degree not required. Relevant work experience is highly valued.
