Job Details:
Job Title: Program Coordinator III
Location: California (Remote)
Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. on W2 Without benefits.
Duration: 6 months contract
Role Mandate:
- The project coordinator is responsible for managing strategic aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.
- This individual will focus on content design, their main priority is rolling out adoption of internal tools.
- Another big project is the improvement program.
Day-to-Day:
- Lead the String Authoring Rollout Program: Work with the Rollout Program Core Team to come up with an action plan on how to complete the rollout program (i.e. reach 100% training and onboarding for all organizations in the adoption tracker.)
Once you've come up with an action plan, come up with a comms plan to align and communicate it out including the following:
- Present the action plan to the XMDT leadership circle
- Create a note/post to summarize the action plan in the String Authoring Users group and share the post in the Design Tools group.
- Update the Pillar Leads committee with the action plan.
- Drive operations for virtual team supporting company-wide Regulatory Language Improvements program

Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Assists in coordinating schedules
- Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables
- Assists in monitoring team's progress
- Coordinates client support efforts
- Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary
- Attends all client and staff meetings pertaining to project
Performance Measurement:
- Performance will be measured on quality of deliverables and feedback from the team.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience working with Product Design / Content Design / Product Management
- Experience managing a program with multiple stakeholders
- Experience running sprints
- Previous project coordination experience
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to draft communications plan, write for and present to various audiences including leadership
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Computer knowledge and interest
- Ability to work independently and find a path forward
- Strong problem-solving skills
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
