Description:
The Broiler Assistant has primary responsibility for quickly and efficiently preparing proper sized
portions of high quality seafood, appetizers and side items to order and to proper temperature and
appearance. The Broiler Assistant also has primary responsibility for assisting the Broiler Cook in
timing of orders, quality control for all items and maintaining a safe and sanitary work area.
Requirements:
Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.
Ability to lift up to 25 lb. and carry waist high 10 - 20 ft. at least 2/3 of your shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lb. waist high 10 - 20 ft. 1/3 of your shift.
Ability to lift up to 100 lb. and carry waist high 5 - 10 ft.occasionally
