Job Summary: Assist licensed physical therapists in evaluating patient conditions, creating treatment plans, and tracking progress. Key Responsibilities: •Provide support in implementing therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities according to established treatment plans. •Observe and document patients' responses to treatments, noting progress and making necessary adjustments under the guidance of the supervising physical therapist. •Assist patients with mobility exercises, transfers, and gait training to improve motor function and enhance physical well-being. •Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to be performed both in the clinic and at home. •Administer modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation as directed by the physical therapist. •Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition. •Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with healthcare regulations. •Collaborate with the physical therapy team to discuss patient progress, treatment adjustments, and potential challenges. •Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth by staying updated with the latest trends and developments in physical therapy.
