Pay Range
Base rate is $5000.00 to $10,000.00 per month.
The Shop Production Manager position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Monthly Compensation of $5000.00 to $10,000.00 plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the automotive shop
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or foreman
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- ASE certification is a plus
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug test
