The Community Manager will balance managing a growing office with connecting to the local community. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with our audience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management
  • Oversee the administration of the San Diego office including coordinating vendors for cleaning, utilities, laundry, and other related services.
  • Manage all aspects of the office including internet, meeting spaces, fobs, etc.
  • Community Building
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Host consistent open houses and workshops to engage with our target market.
  • Event Planning
  • Organize and execute community events, such as webinars, and meetups.
  • Provide timely social media content to our profiles and in coordination with our manager.


SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience as a Community/Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our community.
  • Passion for building and growing online communities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with community management software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).


Schedule

  • 24-hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday in the Encinitas office


Compensation

  • $25 Per Hour
