Description:

The facilities Coordinator provides assistance to the facility management team to ensure successful service delivery of the client facility needs. Directly supports the facility management team with on-going facility and team related responsibilities.

Specific Job Functions:

  • Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment at the direction of facilities management.
  • Follow protocol for effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedures.
  • Request, Review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors.
  • Schedule & Document maintenance and repairs on building equipment
  • Establish and maintain and inventory control system that tracks inventory and consumption of tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that facilities needs are being met.
  • Reporting to management and advising them on inventory matters, such as inventory levels, turnover costs, and forecasts.
  • Submitting requisitions for purchase orders as needed for facility related equipment, parts and materials.
  • Any additional duties as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director of facilities.

Responsibilities / Qualifications:
  • 1-2 Years experience in a similar position.
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Proactive Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to set priorities, work schedules, and meet department deadlines.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 21 Years of Age
